Cookies and browser storage

EEVE Robotics BV uses necessary browser storage for sign-in and your chosen language and country. These preferences use browser session storage, not profiling. We do not use advertising cookies.

Requested sign-in uses necessary secure session cookies, including __Secure-better-auth.session_token, and temporary authentication state. The session cookie is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax and expires after a maximum of 120 days. These cookies keep you signed in and do not depend on optional analytics consent.

Service analytics is optional and off until you choose “Help improve EEVE”. Choose “Only necessary” to continue without it. We count service steps and fixed errors, never your typed answers, contact details or payment details. Cloudflare hosts and stores these records for EEVE. We do not use them for advertising or sell analytics data.

The first-party eeve_metrics cookie stores your yes/no choice for 180 days, not a visitor identifier. Journey references exist only in page memory. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control suppress collection even if you previously allowed analytics.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: open “Privacy settings” in the footer and choose “Only necessary” to stop further collection. You can sign out to revoke your session or clear site data in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies prevents sign-in. See our Privacy notice for data use, retention, rights and contact details.
